Atcharawadee Ratchatasate
Atcharawadee has joined ILCT as an Associate in 2022. She received her LL.B. from Prince of Songkla University with second class honors, majoring in business law. She primarily focuses her practices on the aspect of intellectual property law. She assists both domestic and international clients on a wide range of trademark matters, including trademark searches, applications, registrations, appeals, oppositions, and other related actions. She also handles trademark maintenance and recordations, including renewals, assignments, and changes of name and address.
