Thailand Digital IP Forum 2025: Cracking IP Challenges in the AI-Driven World

On March 4, 2025, ILCT IP team participated in “Thailand Digital IP Forum 2025: Cracking IP Challenges in the AI-Driven World”, co-organized by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA), Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Ministry of Commerce, in Bangkok. This year’s seminar topics included the exploitation of AI and intellectual property, AI patents with investment plans and strategies, opportunities and challenges in training AI with copyright information, and the PCT system in the digital era. We are proud to take part in this initiative to educate and encourage local startups and SMEs to recognize and seek intellectual property protection for their AI and digital innovations.
