Mallika E.S Margherita
Mallika, a Thai national of Italian heritage. She is a lawyer of a bilingual background. Having grew up in a bilingual environment, Ms. Mallika possesses unique and rare multicultural knowledge. She graduated LLB from a notable Thai university along with an LLM from a US law school. Following her education, she has been practicing law for more than three decades.
Ms. Mallika is a notable expert in the field of commercial law practices, her strong suits include: labour law, merger and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investment, international commercial transactions and real estate development (e.g. hotels, resorts and condominium etc.). Her expertise and unique background had attracted various property developers to her doorstep.
She is now residing as a Vice President of the Thai Italian Chamber of Commerce and had assisted many EU clients to establish a foothold within the Thai market. Not only that, she is also closely working with the Thai Ministry of Commerce and the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) to facilitate the development of cross-border transactions.
