Ratchapong Thongdeetae

Ratchapong is the head of the patent department with over 15 years of professional experience. He is an expert IP practitioner, specializing in Patent Laws. Regularly, he advised clients on patent-related matters, whether be patent prosecution or enforcement on both domestic and international levels.

His expertise in patent ranges from patent for invention, design patent, and utility patent (petty patent), these include: drafting a patent specification, preparing and overseeing the smooth prosecution of various patent applications, and accurately reviewing the English-Thai translations of patent applications.

Once an office action arises, he would precisely review the detail and deploy the most effective method to smoothly overcome the obstacles at hand. He is also experienced in handling software-related office actions as this has become a hot issue in the digital age. Moreover, he regularly provides legal advice regarding patent rights and related enforcement, as well as, deploying an effective strategy to solve the matters.
