Ratinuch Kawnachaimongkol

Ratinuch is the Head of IP Department. She acquired her legal qualification at the distinguished Thammasat University, since then she has obtained a series of renowned IP Certificates – including distinguish recognition from the JPAA. She had dedicated more than two decades to legal practice. Her effective and constructive leadership of ILCT’s IP team has gained the firm with impressive recognitions in among famous legal networks such as: Managing IP, Asia IP, Trademarks Lawyers Magazine and World Trademark Review.

Outstandingly, her expertise includes registration, enforcement, litigation, and management of IP portfolios for a noteworthy range of domestic and international clients. Her professional proficiency and striking record attract clients from all parts of the world. Remarkably, she is also a contributing author to Thailand’s Chapter of ‘Internet Laws and Regulatory Regimes’ published by the Center for International Legal Studies, ‘Intellectual Property Laws Textbook’ published by the Thai Bar Association and ‘Intellectual Property Articles’ published by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. These publications are indicative of her extensive range of knowledge and writing skills concerning Thai IP law.

Ratinuch has specifically obtained the following accredited licenses: The Registered Patent Agent, Registered Trademark Agent, Notarial Services Attorney License alongside her Lawyer License. The combination of her entwined outstanding IP skills and her efficient and concise leadership qualities exemplifies her celebrated credibility as a beloved partner at ILCT.

Ratinuch has been previously served as a Committee of the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand (“IPAT”) and the representative of Thailand in the Copyright Committee of Asian Patent Attorney Association (“APAA”).
